Ama (sea women) are female free divers, renowned for their skills in pearl collecting and harvesting seafood—a tradition and culture that stretches back over 2,000 years in Japan. Few people get to see them in action, but this unique dinner experience allows you to see them up close, thanks to a giant aquarium in the restaurant's center. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of snow crab, temaki, and nigiri sushi, along with other high-quality seafood offerings, udon, and a variety of rice bowls. We are also offering a leg of Jumbo King Crab per person. To enhance the experience, guests also enjoy free-flow soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, including beer and whisky soda. Watch a traditional ama (female free diver) demonstration held in the restaurant’s giant aquarium. From the moment she holds her breath and dives to the harvesting of seafood, you can witness the essence of the ancient ama diving culture passed down through generations. After the demonstration, there is a special photo opportunity. Take a memorable picture with the ama diver who just completed her free-diving performance, with the beautiful aquarium as a backdrop. A special experience from this day that you can capture and keep.
